POSITION SUMMARY * The Source to Pay (S2P) Excellence Leader is responsible for driving the design, deployment, and adoption of best-practice Source to Pay processes across sites. This role works directly with Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to assess current-state practices, define global standards, and execute implementation plans that improve efficiency, compliance, cost performance, and operational alignment. * This is a highly visible, individual contributor role requiring frequent travel to operating sites and strong hands-on experience in direct material buying within a manufacturing environment. The position does not include direct people management but requires strong influencing skills and the ability to lead change across cross-functional, matrixed organizations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead on-site assessments of Source to Pay processes across Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance functions. * Develop and execute site-specific and global implementation plans aligned with S2P best practices. * Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with financial controls, AP processes, and policies. * Drive standardization of sourcing, purchasing, requisition-to-pay, and supplier management processes. * Support rollout and adoption of global S2P tools, systems, and policies. * Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions. * Monitor implementation progress and recommend corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement in efficiency, compliance, and cost performance. * Serve as a change agent influencing adoption through collaboration. * Ensure compliance with company policies and system use/implementations. * Provide regular status updates and insights to leadership. QUALIFICATIONS * Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. * Required Experience: 7+ years in procurement or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment. * Direct materials buying experience required. * Experience with Source to Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes. * Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish (business fluent – spoken). * Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems. * Professional Skills: Strong understanding of S2P processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, ability to work independently.
