Fuel your passion As a Sourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for: Lead and strengthen the GE Vernova/GE Aerospace partnership, driving strategic relationships and purchasing plans across the full cycle, from ITO through OTR Serve as the primary point of reference for contract negotiations, purchase order placement, issue resolution, and contractual discussions related to the GE Turbine commodity Manage commercial discussions and foster strong collaboration with Key Account teams and ITO stakeholders. Enhance alignment with GE Natural Commodity Teams, partnering closely with ITO, OTR, fulfillment, and contract management functions Coordinate ITO/GE Vernova capacity and slot planning activities. Provide visibility on disbursements and support financial planning by partnering with Finance and sharing relevant commercial insights Support IET margin improvement initiatives through early commercial negotiations with GE Vernova. Strengthen ITO/OTR project savings measurement and provide guidance to functional and business leaders on approaches, programs, and operating models impacting the organization Manage vendor recovery activities, including negotiation of GE Aerospace and GE Vernova liquidated damages and critical claims Develop a detailed supply chain framework for new suppliers for Ammonia GT and LM9000 programs, ensuring compliance with tax and customs requirements. Finalize T&Cs negotiations and define contractual structures To be successful in this role you will have: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commodity Management Executive presence and strong communication abilities Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Proven negotiation and influencing capabilities Demonstrated experience leading programs and projects, with strong planning, documentation, and execution skills Solid project management expertise Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
