About the role The Sourcing Analyst (Fixed Term) will provide hands-on support to sourcing and procurement operations, ensuring continuity of supplier processes and material availability. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth execution of RFQs, purchase orders, and contract-related activities to avoid supply disruptions and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: As a Sourcing Analyst (Fixed Term), you’ll be responsible for: Supporting RFQ processes for contract manufacturers, including supplier follow-up and quote analysis Monitoring and updating KPIs related to sourcing and supplier performance Assisting in the creation and management of contracts and sourcing boards (SB) Providing support in Windchill for sourcing and product-related workflows Ensuring timely purchase order (PO) confirmations and supplier communication Supporting material importation activities and coordination with internal teams Managing quotations for critical items to ensure supply continuity Requirements We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
