For more information, visit Lowes India About the Team This position is part of Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Team, which has the responsibility to manage Indirect spend for Lowe’s India. This position will manage the various responsibilities related to procurement of IT (Hardware, Software, Equipment - Telecom, Networks, Printers, and Consulting solutions) products and services from third parties. Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders involved in procure to pay activities - primarily with Business/ Functional team members, Legal, Finance, Vendors, etc. Job Summary: This role is to provide the necessary support to ensure timely purchase of materials and/or services, contracting & issuance of purchase orders. This includes responsibility of reviewing purchase requisitions, understanding the requirement, sourcing, negotiation, vendor finalization, preparing comparatives, coordinating for contracting and defining scope of work, on time renewal of contracts, creation and issuance of purchase orders, delivery follow up, reconciliation, reporting, etc. This role is also expected to drive measurable improvement areas within the category sourcing, contracting, purchasing and digitalization efforts. Key Responsibilities Develops and executes RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc. Develops baseline analysis and current condition for sourcing events Consolidates vendor bid sheets Completes initial bid analysis for sourcing events Initiates vendor outreach and develops vendor list for sourcing events Sets up sourcing events using appropriate E-Sourcing tools Owns and updates ESS and business partners on sourcing project updates and status Supports the vendor and business partners in setup and administration of meetings and sourcing activities Negotiates, processes and executes vendor NDA’s and Master Agreements Drafts and develops SOW’s with the outline of technical requirements for sourcing projects and RFx events Coordinates necessary documentation and processes for vendor on-boarding Years of Experience: 4+ years of business experience Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree Skill Set Required Primary Skills (Must have) 3+ Years sourcing, market intelligence or vendor management experience Financial and business acumen Experience with financial data analysis Strong Power Point and Excel skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and usage of E-sourcing tools Project management skills Contracting and vendor management experience Negotiation experience Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
