Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Assist candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing updates, answering inquiries, and coordinating with recruiters and hiring teams. Support the execution of onsite and offsite recruitment activities including job fairs, career talks, and other events. Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and community outreach. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courseS (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
