Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role will focus on data management, reporting, and vendor management support across the sourcing function. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring that sourcing information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business needs. The Coordinator will support the department in day-to-day business management, including communication with internal cross-functional teams, vendors and suppliers. This role requires careful attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Sourcing department in day-to-day business management
  • Manage the vendor onboarding process, including data entry, system setup, and ensuring required documents and certifications are received and recorded.
  • Maintain and manage sourcing-related data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across internal systems (ERP/PLM) and reports.
  • Consolidate and analyze vendor-related information such as cost structures, compliance documentation, and capacity reporting.
  • Develop and update sourcing dashboards, reports, and trackers for management review.
  • Support the sourcing team in managing vendor performance evaluations, scorecards, and communications.
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners in Design, Product Development, Quality, Compliance, and Logistics to align sourcing data and timelines.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for internal meetings and vendor reviews.
  • Assist in special projects focused on process improvement, data clean-up, and sourcing strategy initiatives.
