POSITION SUMMARY:

This position exists to be the liaison between our internal customers and outside service providers to allow for coordination of account information and ensuring performance expectations are met.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or any related fields preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of 24/7 Roadside Assistance Coordinator preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of negotiation, procurement or account management experience.
• Professional communication both written and verbal
• Understanding of 24/7 Business process and must have basic mechanical knowledge of trucks.
• Understanding of Penske location maintenance procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, make decisions within guidelines, and asks questions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
