JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive/Buyer to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services. The role involves developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, and negotiating favourable terms to support operational and cost objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage inventory levels, maintain accurate procurement documentation, and build strong supplier relationships. A strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier performance analysis, and contract management is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Developing and implementing procurement/sourcing strategies.
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.
• Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Maintaining and building strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborating with internal departments for inventory and cost management.
• Managing vendor databases and procurement documentation.Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
