Description
Bachelor's Degree 4 years of strategic sourcing experience in indirect sourcing or related procurement role for capex, lab operations, logistics, freight, packaging and consumables, leases and subscriptions, Experience in indirect procurement Effective communicator with ability to influence at all levels Strong business acumen and comfortable to make effective decisions in ambiguity Hands-on ability to perform analysis on large amount of data to drive insights and decisions Comprehensive knowledge on contract commercial terms and ability to lead supply agreement negotiations with limited guidance from supply chain leadership Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle shifting priorities and tight timelines A Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations or supply chain is strongly preferred Direct experience with budget tracking and KPI management for defined categories in an established life science, medical device or bio technology related organizations Experience working within cross functional project teams with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with ISO 13485, "GMP" or other regulated QMS manufacturing and procurement procedures and requirements Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems and planning tools such as Oracle, SAP, QAD or other commonly used manufacturing software Experience with total cost modeling for capital purchases and large scale purchases, multi-year procurement events
