"Lead Sourcing initiatives driving results measured by lower material costs, responsive supplier performance, process and service improvements, and resultant productivity throughout the supply chain. Lead, facilitate and execute Sourcing cost reduction projects. Lead, facilitate and execute Supply Chain activities related to NPI and VAVE projects. Participates from idea generation to project execution activities. Develops & support the Sourcing Team to create solid business cases and sells the project and benefits to the Business. Accountability for project scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments. "Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Preferred Qualifications: A Master in Business Administration, Finance or Productivity" "Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in related roles and leadership of project teams. A minimum of 5 years of program leadership skills with the ability to manage both horizontally and vertically within a complex matrix organization "* Fully demonstrating and proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.
