About the role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sourcing Manager (Food & Non Food) to join our team at Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC). In this role, you will support Supply Chain strategy by working with Line manager in the identification, evaluation and assessment of new and existing products and suppliers. You will develop the sourcing process, plan the yearly exhibition/tradeshow calendar, introduce new market trend and work with various stakeholders to support the growing demands of QR group in terms of volume, quality and cost control whilst introducing innovative product solutions/suppliers to the QACC Supply Chain. You will analyze key performance metrics, develop business intelligence reports and ensure that strategic initiatives align with operational goals. You will work closely with senior management and operational teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Manage all related sourcing document requirements to ensure best information available for RFQ's including but not limited to volume requirements, MOQs and technical specifications. Provide strategic analysis of products as requested by end user, to clearly define comprehensive forward planning of RFQ's and ensure continued compliance to procedures and policy. Develop and manage sourcing process by working with Supply Chain to develop and publish plans for sourcing all categories - including reviewing and providing input to develop the department policies and processes to achieve best practice and continuous improvement in the sourcing strategy to ensure the necessary ongoing production capacity is maintained. Maintain strong working relationships with network of suppliers to ensure QACC realizes maximum benefit from supply chain. Examine and source new suppliers capable of providing products that meet QR quality, logistics and volume requirements. Evaluate and recommend preferred purchasing and sourcing options to senior management e.g. small local supply VS large overseas shipments Conduct analysis and lead evaluation of potential suppliers and support the overall vendor qualification process, aligning with QACC Supply Chain and Quality Assurance guidelines to ensure a seamless process. Develop approved innovative products to diversify and enhance on-board food service and experience for customers. Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure the supply base has robust process controls and capabilities to meet existing and future QACC business requirements. Own and deliver specific project related activities as agreed with senior manager e.g. "make VS. buy" spend analysis with recommendations to drive performance improvement and overall efficiency. Plan a yearly exhibition/tradeshow calendar and attend events to identify in respect to cost, quality and delivery. Analyze and present to Senior Management about periodic market trends insights to enable full understanding of relative markets, opportunities and constraints. Reduce out of stock/no deliveries and substitutions by establishing a back-up supplier network to ensure operational continuity. About You Bachelor Degree with minimum 6 years of job – related experience Exposure to Middle East food sourcing market experience Experience in Airline Catering/Large Food service catering organization is a must Sourcing management experience in food and beverage in international markets is a must Strong negotiation experience with suppliers Fluent command of English and at least one other language (Preferably Arabic) Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure Numeracy and ability to present data clearly and accurately People management skills Contractual and financial acumen Demonstrative initiative and autonomy Be accountable for decisions taken and project delivery CIPS Qualification or equivalent in Purchasing/Commerce About Qatar Airways Group Our story started with four aircraft. Responsibilities

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating new suppliers and products to support the food supply chain strategy. They will manage RFQs, analyze market trends, and develop innovative product solutions to enhance on-board food services.
