We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing efforts for indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, and Professional Services. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities that support the company’s overall goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a range of indirect spend categories.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure sourcing aligns with goals.
  • Identify and drive cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance.
  • Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, IT, marketing, and other departments.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and contribute to the development of procurement policies and best practices.
