To support Normet’s continued growth, we are expanding and developing our sourcing team by hiring three new professionals into different sourcing positions. Would you be one of our new colleagues? Sourcing Manager, Indirect
to manage indirect sourcing of specific categories, especially ICT services.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
You are responsible for sourcing services in selected indirect categories, including at least ICT services and projects as well as SW development services and licenses. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in our IT and other departments, running tenders and negotiating agreements. Other indirect categories may also be added to your responsibilities.

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

• Sourcing experience especially in ICT related indirect categories and negotiating agreements.
• Understanding of the legislation and directives impacting ICT categories, such as EU GDPR and CRA.
• Strong command of procurement processes and negotiation skills.
• Excellent capability to work cross-functionally in an international organization.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English language.
• Proficiency in ERP (MS D365 F&O), MS Office tools, and modern reporting tools.
• Master’s degree in supply chain and logistics or relevant engineering discipline.
