OUR ROLE

To support this, we are strengthening our sourcing and supply chain capabilities with the appointment of a Sourcing Manager, Raw Materials.
This role is part of our global sourcing team and is responsible for developing and executing raw material sourcing strategies that support in-house production and third-party manufacturing. You will contribute to long term supplier partnerships, innovation, and operational excellence across categories and regions.
This hybrid role will be based at our new Flintholm office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role you will develop and implement sourcing strategies that ensure continuity of supply, support cost efficiency, and deliver value across our ceramics, glass, plastics, and coatings categories. Working closely with key suppliers and internal teams, you’ll manage performance, mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply base.

  • Develop and implement a global sourcing strategy for raw materials
  • Support supplier selection, negotiation, and performance tracking
  • Drive cost savings and value creation initiatives across key categories
  • Coordinate sourcing activities with internal production and third-party manufacturing
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Sales teams
  • Monitor supply risks and support mitigation and contingency planning
  • Contribute to sourcing innovation using market intelligence and supplier insights
