ABOUT THE UNIT

At Yara International, we’ve been shaping the future of agriculture and sustainability since 1905. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Yara is a global company with a strong presence in over 60 countries across six continents, employing more than 17,000 people worldwide. We specialize in agricultural products, industrial solutions, and environmental innovations, all driven by a deep commitment to sustainable practices and ethical collaboration with farmers and partners around the globe. Our mission is bold and inspiring: to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet.
Our Direct Procurement (DP) team plays a vital role in the sourcing of key materials like Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Potash, Chemicals, Carbonates, Coating, and Energy, while managing global supply chain operations and maritime logistics. Each year, DP sources around 15 million tonnes of materials, and Yara Maritime Logistics handles over 17 million tonnes of product. Our team of professionals, based in Oslo, Brussels, Geneva, São Paulo, Singapore and Cartagena, ensures reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply to Yara’s global operations.
We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager to join the MOP & Derivatives department within Direct Procurement at Yara. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of global supply chain operations, helping ensure the flow of essential materials that support sustainable agriculture worldwide.
If you’re driven by global trade, logistics, and sustainability, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a global scale.
