As a midsized company with a 50-year legacy, we have a strong reputation in the industry and are looking to expand our team. We’re seeking a skilled Sourcing and Pricing Analyst who can optimize our pricing strategy to meet the needs of our retail partners while maintaining a competitive edge and profitability.
Position Overview: The Sourcing & Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the pricing strategy on finished footwear products, ensuring they align with market expectations and retail demands. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, product development, and finance teams to set pricing that balances customer expectations, production costs, and business objectives. They will also analyze competitor pricing, market conditions, and trends to inform decisions and help us stay ahead in the market.
*LOCATION: Our office is currently located in Boca Raton, however, we will be relocating to Plantation during 1st quarter of year 2026.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, pricing management, or product creation roles.
  • Understanding pricing models, cost analysis, margin management, and footwear components/materials.
  • Ability to manage pricing processes, including discounts, promotions, and bids.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to analyze cost trends, pricing, and supplier performance (Excel intermediate-advanced).
  • Understanding financial metrics (e.g., cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, total cost of ownership).
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships with suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills for supplier management and internal collaboration.
  • Project management skills for handling multiple sourcing projects, pricing updates, and vendor negotiations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to resolve procurement issues, supplier disputes, and pricing discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities based on data and strategic objectives.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for managing procurement and pricing data.
  • Footwear knowledge is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present pricing strategies and margin analysis to the management team on a quarterly basis to enhance corporate decision-making and alignment to company cost and margin goals.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for finished footwear products, ensuring competitiveness while meeting retailer margin requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and customer teams to understand retail opportunities, evolving market demands, and sales growth targets to set appropriate pricing structures that resonate with the consumer.
  • Collaborate with our overseas development and sourcing team to analyze and manage overall production costs, and ensure we are delivering value and quality.
  • Provide yearly, quarterly production forecasts based on the sales projections by brand and down to the style level.
  • Actively work with leadership to seek out new sourcing opportunities.
  • Understand the market factors that may impact costing such as exchange rate fluctuations, raw material pricing and supply chain challenges
  • Monitor competitor pricing and merchandising strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and to ensure competitiveness across the assortments
  • Prepare costing models that consider all factors, including materials, labor, overhead, and logistics, to ensure profitability at different pricing levels.
  • Work with design, product development and finance teams to learn the DNA of the brand and aesthetic while simultaneously evaluating product cost drivers and assess opportunities for cost reduction from concept to production while maintaining product quality and compliance
  • Manage effective and timely communication across all relevant business units to ensure we manage our approvals and deadlines including issuance of price lists and seasonal summaries.
  • Leverage the necessary reporting and management tools such as the PLM, ERP and BI platforms to effectively manage the flow of cost modeling and approvals and study of relevant data to support the business needs
