Gloopro provides eProcurement and Procurement-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions to International Oil Companies (IOCs), Multinational Corporations (MNCs), and Large Enterprises (LEs) through people, process, and technology to radically transform our customers’ indirect spend procurement function.
Role Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Procurement/Sourcing Analyst to support the strategic sourcing operations for our clients. You will analyze spend data, source vendors, and help implement digital procurement workflows that drive cost savings and efficiency. This is a full-time and hybrid position located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement spend data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct supplier research, benchmarking, and RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP) processes across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, ops) to translate procurement requirements into digital workflows.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of suppliers onto the procurement platform.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance using defined KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain category dashboards, procurement reports, and sourcing documentation.
  • Assist in supplier negotiations and contracting processes where required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement tools, templates, and analytics.Work closely with clients to align sourcing activities with their procurement goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualisation tools.
  • Understanding of digital procurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
