OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong supplier relationships at a global level, and managing the procurement of ingredients and packaging for our growing range of SKUs at our warehouse and facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on sourcing raw ingredients and packaging in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience qualifying and managing USDA- and FDA-compliant suppliers, including audits, COAs, and vendor approval processes
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a supply chain or procurement management role
• Experience with international imports/exports, customs compliance, and global supplier management
• Familiarity with cGMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards specific to dietary supplements or food manufacturing
• Strong ERP and data management skills; prior ERP implementation experience is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost reduction track recordWhat we offer

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and support growth in a manufacturing environment
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement of USDA-approved ingredients and packaging, production planning, logistics, and inventory control
• Identify, qualify, and source new suppliers, ensuring all are compliant with USDA and other applicable regulatory requirements, while strengthening relationships with existing partners
• Provide expertise in cost management and supply chain forecasting
• Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with USDA standards
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and appropriate volume discounts
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements across supply chain operations
• Partner with Sales, Production, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain activities with operational and financial goals
• Forecast demand accurately to secure timely availability of USDA-approved ingredients, packaging, and finished products
• Utilize supply chain systems and tools (Excel, ERP) for analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Monitor and manage month-to-month variance reporting for budgets and inventory
