We combine traditional core values with a modern, innovative approach to recruitment. We are now looking for a German-speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key clients. We are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, a proactive mindset, and positive energy to our company. As a Sourcing Recruiter, your responsibilities will include: · Managing end-to-end recruitment processes based on client requirements · Leveraging multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent · Sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews · Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs · Keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date · Managing offers and participating in negotiations · Continuously improving recruitment tools, methods, and processes · Preparing reports on recruitment progress and sharing market insights with senior management · At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, including full-cycle processes · Some experience or interest in technical recruitment · Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms · Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken) · Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing · The ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems · A supportive, family-friendly, and collaborative work environment · Extra paid holidays (up to 5 days annually) · Hybrid working model
