Job Description Start Date: September 2026 Duration: 6 months Availability: 32 hours / 40 hours per week Please Note: You must be enrolled in a study program for the entire duration of the internship. You will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity. As Supplier Excellence Intern, you will directly support the Supplier Performance & Excellence Manager in driving Rituals’ supplier governance agenda. You will contribute to building a supplier base that consistently delivers on quality, reliability, cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. Responsibilities Data & Analysis Monitor supplier performance through dashboards and reports using AQSCIS model Analyze existing data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Governance support Support standardization of tools (templates, trackers, CAPA follow-up). Prepare supplier business reviews (AQSCIS scorecards, briefs, meeting packs). Contribute to supplier segmentation and risk heatmap updates. Benchmarking Benchmark sourcing best practices to support Rituals’ growth and expansion ambition. Maintain supplier mapping by spend, category, and risk profile. Collaboration & Improvement Enable cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Quality, Innovation, Supply, Regulatory, and Sustainability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and supplier performance projects. Qualifications HBO / WO student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Business Administration (enrolled during internship). Strong data fluency (Excel & PPT mandatory ; familiarity with other systems are a plus). Analytical and research mindset, able to turn data into insights. Clear communication skills (English required; Dutch/other EU languages a plus). Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector. Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams. Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing global brand.
