Exciting Opportunity for Sourcing Specialist – Talent Acquisition! Are you passionate about finding and engaging top talent? We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to serve as the front-line interface between Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring an efficient sourcing process from talent identification through to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements and hiring expectations. • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the TA Team Lead to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to business needs. • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate pipelines, sourcing progress, and market insights. • Share talent market intelligence, including hiring trends and compensation benchmarks. • Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract diverse and high-quality talent. • Conduct initial candidate outreach to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities. • Build, maintain, and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs. • Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical and high-demand positions. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Analyst to support a smooth transition from sourcing to offer management and onboarding. • Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement, sourcing activities, and pipeline progression. • Regularly update sourcing plans and talent acquisition trackers. • Utilize Oracle HCM throughout the sourcing and selection process from requisition creation to final hiring decisions. • Monitor and contribute towards achieving team KPIs, including time-to-hire targets. • Analyse sourcing data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations when handling candidate information. • Work closely with HR Business Partners to align sourcing efforts with business hiring requirements. • Facilitate effective communication between Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition teams. • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure all required candidate documents are submitted in a timely manner. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing data and market trends. • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
