About the Position: AvePoint is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to help discover and build strategic candidate pipelines across our global offices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing their recruiting expertise while supporting a global team across various sourcing initiatives. You’ll be an expert in knowing where to find the right candidates and how to attract them. What You’ll Do: Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to execute sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines Build and nurture pipelines of high-potential candidates across key functions and geographies Continuously refine sourcing workflows and tools to improve speed, scalability, and impact Identify and engage talent communities beyond traditional sourcing channels Develop market and talent maps to deliver actionable insights that inform recruitment strategy Required Experience & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing. Highly collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments Creative and resourceful in identifying talent, leveraging emerging platforms and unconventional sourcing methods Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing-relevant platforms Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Nice to have: Experience in marketing—particularly digital or customer marketing—to support creative sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts The Salary Range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
