SUMMARY
The Procurement Specialist is in our procurement department who understands the facilities management industry. The ideal candidate has experience with facility maintenance and can work within our procurement department to find dependable service providers who can deliver exceptional service under the Caliber Service Management umbrella. They will build strong supplier relationships through facilitating communication and problem solving. This position reports directly to the Procurement Manager. This is a full-time position that operates out of our Exton, PA office. The ideal candidate must be available to adjust work schedule during high peak periods.
SKILLS
· Familiarity with market values and market dynamics for services being sold.
· Good verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
· Understanding margins, profits and general fiscal processes.
· Ability to work independently as well as within the larger team.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in facility management industry a plus but not required.
· Experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Contract negotiations a plus but not required.
· Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience in working with Microsoft Excel a plus.
· HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Manage the ongoing sourcing needs in a portfolio of work and of Service Partners (SPs) within that portfolio. This includes identifying suppliers via a competitive bidding process to obtain qualified value benefit both financially and performance related.
· Follow Compliance guidelines and processes for new SPs.
· Build and maintain collaborative relationships with SPs.
· Manage pricing negotiation and service terms with SPs for contracted services while maintaining margin guidelines.
· Maintaining positive communication with SPs on insurance and other compliance requirements.
· Responsible for prioritizing sourcing tasks based on seasonal and client needs.
