Tu travailleras main dans la main avec la Talent Acquisition Manager et le reste de l’équipe. Ton focus? Sourcer, connecter, engager, et garder nos bases de données prêtes pour les prochaines ouvertures.

We’re looking for a passionate Sourcing Specialist who lives for talent hunting and is ready to help elevate our team of Agents at Dulcedo. In a high-growth context, your role will be to fuel our talent pipelines year-round with qualified, compelling, and value-aligned candidates. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the team. Your focus? Sourcing, connecting, engaging, and keeping our databases ready for upcoming opportunities. You’ll play a key role in our success by building a real community of talent and maintaining ongoing conversations with some of the hottest profiles in the industry.

You thrive in proactive sourcing and smart volume hiring, consistently delivering quality profiles for strategic roles based on both structured hiring plans and last-minute changes.
You use headhunting, internal referrals, and incoming applications to build and maintain well-organized pipelines aligned with our needs.

You build your pipelines strategically, take initiative, bring creativity to the table, and thrive in fast-paced, structured chaos.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in recruitment kick-off meetings with the TA team to fully understand upcoming roles.
Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other tools.
Continuously feed Lever with strong profiles, using clear tags and tracking systems.
Lead initial conversations to validate interest, availability, experience level, and fit (including salary expectations).
Maintain a high-level view of future needs and anticipate demands.
Stay on top of talent shifts and industry trends to inform sourcing efforts.
