Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure specifications and compliance. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize the procurement strategy. Develop and maintain sourcing strategies to ensure a competitive advantage. Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. 0_2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions. Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills.
