✔ Lead strategic sourcing efforts – Set the vision and goals for sourcing strategies across key business areas- Mostly Financial positions!
✔ Build proactive pipelines – Anticipate talent needs and connect with critical, hard-to-find professionals before roles open.
✔ Be the expert – Share market intelligence and insights with business leaders, recruiters, and HR partners to drive smart hiring decisions.
✔ Engage and influence – Leverage data, tools, and your expertise to advise stakeholders and create best-in-class candidate experiences.

TOP SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

· True Sourcing experience
· Ideally, Sourcing Financial positions; if not would still be considered
· Experience with pulling data insights and talent mapping
· Presenting data/talent to senior leadership
· Collaboration/teamwork with business as well as TA Team
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
