Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven sourcing professional to lead the development, production, and delivery of point-of-sale materials, gift-with-purchase (GWP) items, retail packaging, and promotional merchandise. This role is crucial in ensuring our brand vision is brought to life through premium, innovative, and on-brand executions in market.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process — from ideation, supplier selection, and negotiations, through to quality control and final delivery — while maintaining strong supplier relationships, especially in China. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to ensure seamless communication with manufacturing partners.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in POS, promotional merchandise, packaging, or GWP sourcing and production.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic design interpretation.
