Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent for medium to high complexity roles and act as the first point of contact for candidates. Achieve sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline. Maintain accurate data reporting and ensure timely updates on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Mentor junior sourcing specialists by sharing best practices, tools, and processes. Evaluate candidates before advancing them to the interview stage and provide consistent feedback. Proactively create pre-qualified talent pools for future hiring needs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruitment. Skilled in Boolean search logic and various sourcing techniques. Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
