Job Description Start Date: September 2026 Duration: 6 months Availability: 32 hours/ 40 hours per week *Please note that you must be enrolled in your study program for the entire duration of the internship Our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team ensures that we are the best supplier for our customers & the best customer for our suppliers by securing availability, quality and compliancy of Rituals products worldwide Share your talents You will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity. As a Intern for Project Management, your work plays a key role in driving Rituals’ growth by strengthening end-to-end processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you support the SQR Program Manager in delivering strategic programs that drive cost savings, optimize product lifecycle management, and elevate quality and compliance management. Responsibilities You will be exposed to key aspects of project management, including planning and tracking of projects and participating in stakeholder meetings. This way, you can develop a solid understanding of project management fundamentals, such as planning, coordination, and execution across different phases of a project. You will learn how to effectively use project management tools, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt to shifting priorities in a professional environment. Guidance You will be supported with a clear task structure, hands-on experience, and regular feedback throughout your involvement in projects within our department. You will be supported in gaining confidence, taking ownership of tasks, and understanding how structured project work drives business success. Qualifications Bring all of you HBO / WO student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Business Administration (enrolled during internship). Strong data fluency (Excel & PPT mandatory; familiarity with other systems are a plus). Analytical and research mindset, able to turn data into insights. Clear communication skills (English required; Dutch/other EU languages a plus). Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector. Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams. Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing global brand.
