JOB DESCRIPTION: Sourcing Strategy Lead Location – Spain, remote Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative professional to join our Commercial Strategy team as a Sourcing Strategy Lead This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering sourcing strategies that drive business performance across our global sourcing operations. You will lead initiatives that enhance sourcing models, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams. Your ability to interpret data, manage projects, and influence stakeholders will be key to success. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate commercial strategy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope. Analyze data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies. Design and govern sourcing processes, defining clear roles and responsibilities. Support change management efforts to roll out new sourcing models and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation, L&D, and commercial sourcing. Present strategies and build alignment across diverse internal audiences. Promote continuous improvement and embed efficiencies into sourcing operations. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful strategy execution. Skillset and Experience Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in sourcing, sales, or a related commercial function, ideally within an international or matrix organization. Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, including go-to-market plans, process design, and governance. Change Management: Exposure to rolling out new models, tools, or processes and driving adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated success in working with multiple stakeholders to achieve alignment. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Travel Tech or Hospitality sectors within a commercial function. Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems; strong skills in Excel, Tableau, and SQL. Education: Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field. Certifications: Project management certification is an advantage.
