The operational purchasing department, working closely with other corporate functions, is responsible for the daily procurement of materials and products, as well as for ensuring the supply chain. It must be guaranteed that these measures align with the Nefab Group's objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and managing orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining and managing supplier relationships, including monitoring their performance and resolving any problems.
• Collaboration with the customer service, production and warehousing teams to ensure a continuous flow of materials and products.
• Monitoring of inventory levels and optimization of purchasing based on demand.
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring that all purchases are in line with Nefab's sustainable and ethical values
• Understanding and being able to react to developments and trends in the materials market
• Responsibility for the three locations Tamm, Hamburg & Berlin

Ideally, they have:

• Completed commercial training (professional experience desirable)
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP infor M3 system knowledge is an advantage.
