Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
You will be a people manager role leading the new product introduction and Lifecycle management team. Accountable for NPI sourcing and Industrialization activities planning, encompassing developing product line sourcing strategy. Guide sourcing process improvements, interface with Strategic Sourcing Commodity teams and collaborate with team member to meet the NPI project targets. You will Develop and upgrade team’s capabilities and performance.
You will report to Sourcing manager in Singapore.

Will partner with Industrialization planning and develop product line sourcing strategy for assigned NPIs. Guide sourcing process improvements, interface with Strategic Sourcing Commodity teams and collaborate with team member to meet the NPI project targets. Develop and upgrade team’s capabilities and performance.
