Born as a hole-in-the-wall bakery in Canggu, Bali, Starter Lab quickly became a destination for lovers of handcrafted sourdough. In Singapore, we’ve built a community that embraces our philosophy: slow fermentation, wild yeast, natural ingredients — and time.
We are now looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated Bakers to join us at our production bakery in Tai Seng , where the magic of Singapore’s best sourdough is made daily.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Baker and team to plan daily and weekly production.
  • Measure and mix ingredients precisely, following recipes to maintain Starter Lab’s signature quality.
  • Shape products by hand with care and consistency.
  • Practice accuracy in scaling — because precision matters in baking.
  • Maintain an eye for detail across all stages of the process: mix, proof, shape, bake .
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and flow of the bakery.
