Rockstar Bakers are an Award Winning Wholesale Bakery which takes pride in producing high quality sourdough bread, buns, cakes & pastries.
We are looking for a Baker to join our team in our South East London Bakery.

• Mixing, hand-shaping and baking breads, buns, baguettes, focaccia and rye breads
• Knowing how to man the ovens & control the bake, would be an advantage
• Dealing with slow fermentation of sourdough
• Producing the products to a very high quality
• Being able to work well independently as well as within a team
• Have a passion for baking
• You’d work between 40-45 hours per week over 5 days
• Start times are either 8am or 10am depending on the shift.
• Must be able to travel easily to New Charlton, Greenwich, South East London
• Must have an excellent command of the English language & already be based in the UK
