Are you a passionate and driven Sous Chef looking for your next challenge in a prestigious, award-winning environment? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a 2 Rosette, 4 Red Star hotel known for its exceptional standards and beautiful culinary creations.
You’ll be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and a desire to create beautiful dishes that wow our guests.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fine-dining or rosette-standard environment is essential.
