Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to lead the Back of House team. You’ll take a hands-on approach to cooking, training, and maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while inspiring and mentoring others.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate BOH staff to perform at their best
  • Support menu execution and seasonal/feature development
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Ensure smooth service during high-volume event and dinner services
