400 Gradi Mornington is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. This is an exciting Full-time opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of rostering, ordering, and running the kitchen when the Head Chef is not on site.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organisation, and a genuine passion for food. Italian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential.
