  A well-established, boutique hotel on the North Norfolk coast are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a small, dedicated team.
  This is a hands-on role in a well-run kitchen that takes great pride in holding a rosette level standard and values quality over volume. Ideally, you’ll have spent time as a Sous or strong Junior Sous in a similar environment, and be confident across all sections.
  You will need to be positive, reliable and focused – someone who leads by example and keen to be involved in menu development and maintaining high kitchen standards.
