We are an independently owned restaurant in the Historic core of Downtown Red Deer, focusing heavily on European cuisine and hospitality, we are looking for a Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step into their Career!
The Sous Chef would work directly with our Head Chef and Owner Chef Philip Warren to help create a truly unforgettable experience to each and every guest that walks through our doors!
This position would be perfect for either a seasoned Sous CHef looking for their next challenge in a primarily scratch kitchen that focuses on fresh and inspirational food in Central Alberta, or a Chef De Parti who is looking for their next step up in their career by honing their craft in an award winning kitchen with a hands on Head Chef who loves to train and teach their staff!
