We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position within the food industry.
  • Strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations effectively, including shift management and team leadership.
  • Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and food service management.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
