The Coledale Inn is a thriving country pub and hotel in the popular village of Braithwaite, near Keswick with 20 bedrooms and a healthy lunch and evening trade. We serve traditional hearty, home cooked dishes that appeal to the varied tastes of both locals and tourists alike.
Due to increasing trade a position has become available as Sous Chef to join the existing experienced team. Accommodation is available if required. The salary will depend on experience, but will be very competitive in the present market.
We have 5 successful establishments in the local area with a team of chefs supporting each other. We are looking for another team player who might enjoy working at either the Coledale Inn or White Horse Inn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
