As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience. Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes Supervise and participate in food preparation, cooking and plating Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and efficiency Assist in cost control measures, including minimising food waste and optimising ingredient usage Contribute to menu planning and recipe development Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire Kitchen team to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a senior role within the kitchen department, preferably in a hotel or midscale restaurant setting Proven experience in kitchen management and staff supervision Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Additional Information What’s in it for you?
