For the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we are looking for a Sous Chef who is excited about a dynamic, varied work environment and working in different kitchens including fine dining.
Within the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we have 4 restaurants. Our Japanese restaurant, Kazue, where we serve the finest Japanese dishes using natural ingredients. Our Austrian concept, the Wiener Café, also known as the hotel’s living room. Here, guests can enjoy à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with dishes that have an Austrian twist or a delicious sweet treat with a cup of coffee. Our luxurious buffet restaurant with a live cooking station, Loef Restaurant, where we serve breakfast for hotel guests, as well as lunch and dinner for (banqueting) groups. And finally, our fine dining restaurant, Restaurant Noord, located on the 32nd floor. In Restaurant Noord, we work with local products under the motto “what you see is what you get.”
