We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team.   • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage inventory, order supplies, and minimise waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times.
  • Participate in cooking and food preparation as needed during peak service times.
