We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join the catering team at, a prestigious private school known for its high standards, excellent facilities, and commitment to student wellbeing.
Working under the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals for students, staff, and guests—supporting both daily dining services and special events.

• Assist in planning and preparing balanced, seasonal menus
• Lead and supervise the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Oversee food safety, allergen controls, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
• Support catering for school functions, open days, and special occasions
