ESSENTIAL SKILLS
· Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant environment, with expertise in high volume turnover, particularly in the event industry.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
· Food Safety Level 3
