The Sous Chef is a “hands on leader” position that must “Love to Cook Great Food” and “teach/train others to “Cook Great Food”
The leader must have experience:
*Hiring, training & developing Cooks.(Assisting cooks to obtain Serve Safe Certification)
*Passion for serving & training our Clients who live at the Raleigh Rescue Mission. Please review our New Life Plan at www.raleighrescue.org.
*Demonstrates in word & actions that each person is created in the image of God and has sacred value.
