We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Time Sous Chef to join the PLG team at Stoney’s in Bacchus Marsh. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in managing and training a diverse kitchen team.
  • Implement and manage Food Safety Plans.
  • Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed.
    The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
