Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times.
  • Monitor kitchen stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage waste to maximize efficiency.
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen during the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Collaborate and contribute to menu development.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including our wood-fired and electric pizza ovens.
