THE ROLE:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a small, high-quality savoury menu with a big focus on sandwiches. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing fortnightly specials, contributing your ideas and skills to keep the offering fresh and exciting.
